We currently offer different shipping choices through the U.S. Postal Service and UPS/FedEx. You can calculate shipping prices before checking out by adding items to your shopping cart and entering your ship to state and zip code. Our website is connected to the different shipping companies so we can charge accurate rates. That is why the website needs your ship to state and zip code before it can provide you with the different options. We always try to have our complete inventory in stock, so our goal is to ship approved orders placed by 4pm mountain time the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. If selecting a time guaranteed service, be aware that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. If an item is out of stock, our website will let you know. If your package(s) is returned to us becuase of an invalid or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the charges to re-ship. Additionally, if your package is shipped via UPS or Federal Express and we are charged an address correction fee because you put in an invalid or incomplete address, we will pass the charge on to you. If your order is shipped via USPS and they return it due to you supplying an address they do not service, you will be responsible for shipping charges to resend the package and whatever they charge us for returning it. Please double check all of your information when checking out to avoid these issues.
